Kristen L. Loesch is a business law attorney in the Arlington firm of Caulkins & Bruce, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of business law and litigation, condominium and homeowners association and cooperative law, and civil litigation in the state and federal courts of northern Virginia. In addition, Ms. Loesch advises and assists small and medium-sized businesses in entity formation, corporate governance, and related business matters.
Ms. Loesch completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut and attended law school at the University of San Diego School of Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 1996 and gained admission to the Virginia State Bar later that same year. Ms. Loesch is admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts as well as the United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. A member of the Virginia State Bar and the Arlington County Bar Association, Ms. Loesch has been a part of Caulkins & Bruce and its predecessor law firm since 2008.
