Attorney Joel L. Dahnke is of counsel to the Arlington business law firm of Caulkins & Bruce, P.C. and provides assistance in business law and litigation, homeowners association law, creditor’s rights, and bankruptcy matters. In addition, Mr. Dahnke continues to represent a large number of financial institutions in real estate and commercial financing transactions. His representation of northern Virginia businesses extends from entity selection and formation to corporate governance and the drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of business agreements and equity incentive plans. Mr. Dahnke’s breadth of experience in both transactional and litigation matters enables him to bring important insights to bear on business and contract matters in either realm.
Mr. Dahnke attended law school at the University of Richmond, where he was a member of the McNeill Law Society and a recipient of the Williams Scholarship and Doubles Scholarship.
