Carole H. Capsalis has a wide array of experience, with a primary focus on business litigation and transactions, labor and employment law, wills, trusts, elder law, and estate planning and administration.  Ms. Capsalis has also served as senior associate general counsel for a national mortgage lending company during a period of rapid company growth, where she advised on all aspects of business operations and initiatives and handled state and federal labor law and human resource matters impacting the company.

With an effective combination of personal touch and astute business sense, Ms. Capsalis enjoys finding creative and effective solutions for her business clients, whether their needs are transactional or call for dispute resolution.  Ms. Capsalis uses that same personal touch to assist her clients with wills, trusts and estate planning, whether it is an elder law issue or younger generations wisely planning for their future.
